This website has no sign-up and no contact form. We receive information only when you write to hi@pehchan.app or message us on WhatsApp — typically your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your organization.

To reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver agreed work and keep normal business records such as invoices. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

During a project you may share content, logos, documents or access credentials. We treat these as confidential, use them only for your project, and ask that credentials be rotated on your side once the work is handed over.

This site does not set advertising cookies or track you across other websites. Your browser may store a small preference locally, such as your light or dark theme choice — that stays on your device.

Our email, messaging and hosting run on third-party platforms, so messages you send pass through them under their own privacy policies. We share your information with them only to the extent needed to run the studio.

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as the working relationship needs, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting or legal reasons.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hi@pehchan.app and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our services are meant for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
